You will receive a .png file, not the .psd or .clip file.

You will be presented with a sketch or multiple sketches to choose before further work commences.

Do not ask for changes after the sketch has been finalized. The sketch phase is the only time you may ask for changes.

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

I reserve the right to increase the price for any reason. This will be discussed before payment is agreed upon.

I reserve the right to cancel your order if I am unable to complete the order (see Refunds) or I deem your manner or method of conducting business to be unacceptable.

Payment is going to be requested after the sketch is done.

Payment will be conducted through Paypal in US dollars.

To avoid accidental transactions, payment will be conducted using Paypal’s invoicing feature. Tips are completely optional but greatly appreciated.

All patrons will have a 25% off of the final price.

The estimated time of delivery is 1 or 2 weeks, but this is prone to change given exceptional circumstances.

You will always be informed if something comes up and there is a delay with the completion of your order.

If you have a deadline, make sure to state it clearly before work begins.

Work days are Monday to Friday.

A refund may be issued if I have concerns about the quality of the final piece at any stage. I do not refund in any other circumstance.

In the case of a refund, you will be informed as to the reason a refund is being issued, and you will be refunded 100% of the payment through Paypal.
